CIB Academy

TRAIN FOR READINESS.
OPERATE WITH CONFIDENCE.

CIB Academy is the planned learning and capability-readiness layer behind our managed-services workforce. It is designed for assigned personnel rather than public course access, connecting structured learning with the role, service scope, and capability expected from people working inside CIB operations.

LEARNING CONNECTED TO THE ROLE PEOPLE ACTUALLY PERFORM.

The Academy will support structured learning paths for Service Desk and future managed-services roles. Rather than giving every learner the same catalogue, access will be role-based so assigned personnel see the modules, assessments, and requirements relevant to the service they are expected to deliver.

The longer-term objective is to connect learning completion with capability visibility. That gives CIB a more consistent way to prepare people before deployment, identify development gaps, and maintain evidence that key operational knowledge has been covered.

Assigned Learning PathsCourses and modules mapped to role, level, service scope, and capability requirement.
Knowledge & Practical AssessmentValidate understanding through quizzes, scenarios, and practical evaluation where appropriate.
Role-Based CertificationRecord completion against defined CIB capability standards and required learning paths.
Readiness TrackingGive authorized administrators visibility into progress, outstanding requirements, certification, and deployment readiness.

Capability Framework

FROM LEARNING TO OPERATIONAL READINESS.

The Academy is intended to support a simple principle: training should lead to usable capability. Learning paths can therefore be aligned with the knowledge and practical awareness expected from each role, rather than being treated as stand-alone course completion.

01

Assign

Map learning to the person's service role, expected responsibilities, and required capability level.

02

Learn

Complete structured modules, reference material, guided practice, and role-specific knowledge content.

03

Assess

Validate understanding through appropriate knowledge checks or scenarios before a capability is considered complete.

04

Track

Maintain a visible record of progress, certification, outstanding requirements, and readiness for authorized administrators.

Why It Matters

A MORE CONSISTENT WAY TO BUILD THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE SERVICE.

Managed services depend on people applying the right knowledge consistently under real operating conditions. CIB Academy is planned as a mechanism to reinforce that consistency—especially across Service Desk fundamentals, infrastructure awareness, security awareness, service processes, and customer interaction.

As CIB grows, the same platform can support onboarding, upskilling, recertification, new service requirements, and role progression without turning learning into an unrelated standalone activity.

Restricted Access

CIB ACADEMY LOGIN WILL BE ENABLED FOR ASSIGNED PERSONNEL.

The public website is being prepared for future Academy integration while the LMS itself will be activated when operational demand requires it.
